| Industrial Tri-Mix Cullet ( Top ) | We manufacture industrial cullet from feedstock, which is
derived from a tri-mix of post- consumer bottled glass.
Our exclusive process of manufacturing insures that the
industrial cullet has a very low LOI (Loss of Ignition).
The Federal government has issued guidelines urging the fiber
glass insulation companies to increase the usage of recycled
materials in their products, therefore making our industrial

| Filler ( Top ) |
Many products such as paint, carpet, tile, latex, rubber, and
elastomeric coatings contain up to 50% of mineral fillers. The
filler provides volume and increases viscosity in various
products. Some common mineral fillers are calcium carbonate,
kaolin, talc and silica. In order to produce a high quality
product, these fillers must be tightly controlled. Paint and
coating products are extremely sensitive to contaminates. An
unwashed container of mayonnaise could produce enough residue to
contaminate many gallons of paint, which causes long term
product failure. In addition, it has been shown that dust
particles from silica can cause a serious lung disease called
silicosis. In an effort to protect the health of workers, we are
pleased to produce a viable substitute product, which is
completely safe and ultra clean. Our filler, which is made from 100% recycled post consumer container glass, is eco-friendly and less damaging to mixing equipment because it is sharp free and does not have sharp grain edges like silica. Filtration materials are commonly used in residential pools and
waster water treatment plants, in place of charcoal or sand.
Waste water treatment plants must meet high standards set by The
Environmental Agency. Studies have been conducted on the
performance of glass filtration media in domestic water
treatment plants. Findings have demonstrated that glass
filtration media offers an advantage to many sand filters. Glass
filtration media has been known to allow for backwash to easily
filter through, and remove suspended solids efficiently.
Recycled glass media is a ideal filtration media for this waste
water treatment. Our filtration media is made from 100% recycled post consumer container glass. We are currently in the process of obtaining a NSF certification. |
